If your an Instagram lover too then continue reading…There are some great Insta’s out there that give me the inspiration and passion to continue making mine look just as good (which face it, is never going to happen!). I wanted to share with you some of the amazing accounts that I have stumbled upon and adored. They are all completely different which is why I love them. However having a ‘good Instagram’ or a ‘nice theme’ doesn’t give you an automatic pass to being Insta famous, building up a profile takes time and I give credit to all these people who have been successful due to their accounts because boy is it hard to gain followers and recognition these days!
In no way shape or form am I saying that everyone who’s account I have not mentioned is rubbish, because it’s not! Girl, who cares if your Instagram looks ‘on point’ or not. A lot of the big ones out there have nothing better to do than to filter their whole life in to taking Instagram photos. Which is not something to be proud of. In all honesty, there were too many good ones to choose from and this blog post would be 4829174097289 words long if I mentioned all the amazing Instagram out there.
Shall we begin?
Eleanor has a unique, colourful and creative feed. It is one of those accounts where it looks like they’ve made no effort at all, yet every picture manages to fit with her theme – which is bursts of yellow, red and blue, very warm and kind of retro. She manages to come up with unseen ways of photographing herself and the things around her, I love seeing what her latest pics are! What I like about Eleanors Instagram is that you can tell she doesn’t put blood, sweat and tears into making it look so god damn nice, and if a photos blurry – who cares? It is an account I’ll always love.
I don’t think I’ll need to say much about Chloe’s feed, only that IT’S FREAKING AMAZING and that I wish I could achieve the same with my own feed *cry*. Yet again another completely unique, effortless account, with stunning outfit shots, scenic photos taken in the most professional (as though they are in a magazine) way, and not to mention her natural ability to capture the best interior GOALS shots. Chloe’s theme, which is obviously amazing, is a mixture of darks and lights, and splashes of pink and red every so often…ahhh perfection. But what I really like about her Instagram is that she doesn’t care so much about pics fitting in with her theme, and that it’s not the be all and end all of life. Read her post about all things Instagram themes HERE, it’s bloody great. So basically…if you’re not following her then you should do!
Antonia’s account is dreamy, and quite frankly I’m obsessed with it (not in a creepy way I promise!). She always manages to find the cutest little things to put in her photos and to take pictures of. Her feed is so simple yet so effective – she has hardly edited photos, light and bright with pinks and flowers, what more could you want! Go and check it out if you haven’t already, she deserves way more followers!
There wouldn’t be an Instagram theme related post without mentioning the queen herself – the big Blogger and Youtuber, Kate La Vie. Her Insta is legit my life, it’s so pretty and gold, I LOVE IT! Most of her photos inspire me to keep up my Insta game in the hope that one day, mine will look like hers. I think one of the key things to Kate’s success with her account is her Pinterest home, she can take pics of every single corner of her home and it be Instagram worthy. But you can also tell she doesn’t put too much effort into making her photos look the way they do, which I like.
Of course I was going to mention Hannah’s account at some point in this blog post because I get a fair amount of my inspiration from her. She comes up with the most simplest yet effective ways to photograph things like products and her flatlays…ahhh. Not to mention her ‘pink wall outfit shots’ ( I think this should become a thing within the blogging world), these are just da best. Her bright, pink, filtered feed is gawwjuss – and yes I do love the filters that she puts on her photos it makes her feed so pretty, read her recent blog post to see how she edits them HERE. But again, you can tell Hannah is not one to obsess over her theme, she just takes the picture and bungs the same filter on them – which I love.
And that’s a wrap! I hope you discovered or re-discovered some of those fantastic Insta’s out there. Remember your Instagram is great to, just don’t over think it and take a look at these amazing accounts to get some insta-ration (lol that’s me trying to be cool and create a new funky word – from Instagram and Inspiration but it doesn’t work) :).
