Now I feel like our spring has actually started and we aren’t getting predicted snow forecasts, I thought it was suitable to share with you what is on trend at the moment for spring fashion, here are 5 things that are a must have in your wardrobe for this season…
- Blush Crush
I am in love with this colour at the moment!!! Its kind of a muted, dusty, light pink colour perfect for spring. It is being paired with suede quite a lot another 2015/2016 trend, a combination which looks gorgeous! I have seen this colour on shoes, tops, trousers and jackets, everything you name it. Most of the high-street shops have pieces with this colour, go check them out. As you can see blush can come in various shades (left picture more for summer) (right picture suites autumn/spring).
2. The staple ripped jeans.
A pair of indigo blue ripped jeans is a must have item in your spring collection this year, everyone is wearing them (however this does not mean you HAVE to!). These go with everything making them easy to throw together an outfit. You can go simple with a plain, white tee for a casual relaxed look or you can really dress these up and whack on some strappy heels for an evening out.
3. Classic White trainers
How boring… but they can really pull an outfit together. You don’t have to plan your whole outfit around these, you can just chuck them on with anything and they’ll more a less go. My favourites are all white Adidas Superstars and Stan Smiths, Converse and some Reebok classics. All of these would look super cute with some trendy blue ripped jeans^ !
4. Floral Fresh
This pretty pattern is everywhere however most perceive this to be too immature to wear but this year it has its own chic vibe about it! This may be because it featured in many items of Kendal and Kylie’s collection, they created some gorgeous floral pieces from playsuits to trousers. It can be in the form of large floral prints or smaller/discrete patterns. And is perfect to wear throughout the warmer months of spring/summer.
5. The BOMBer Jacket
This is perfect for those cooler days where another top layer is needed, rather than big puffy ones, thinner bomber jackets are better for the spring weather. These are so on trend at the moment and have been for the past year! That’s not to say you can’t rock one this season. It would look great with some jeans or a t-shirt dress and some white trainers, yet again it goes well with most things. I own a black chiffon one from Zara its super lightweight which is perfect for this weather. There is a variety of different coloured bomber jackets out there, I’m desperate to own a blush one!
